BEFORE THE SESSION

Prior to the shoot we will meet to discuss the nature of your business and requirements. Together we will develop a concept for the shoot. I can take the pictures on your premises, in your home, outdoors or wherever is appropriate, or set up a studio on location. Depending on your preferences, you can choose, before or after the shoot, between colour or black and white images.

My emphasis is on high quality images, an exceptional service and value for money. I want you to be happy with the results. With many years as a newspaper photographer, I can create the atmosphere and image you are looking to convey to your clients, through distinctive images.

I live in Rickmansworth, West Hertfordshire and normally cover a radius of 15 miles which includes parts of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Middlesex and London. However, if you live further away please contact me and we can make a alternative arrangement.

AFTER THE SESSION

I edit and upload a selection of  images of the photo session within 10 days on a secure web gallery. The gallery will be accessible for 4 weeks.You can create a list of your favourite images online in your own time and contact me to discuss the products and the final order. All the images are available in colour or black and white

Alternatively, we can arrange a viewing for you to select your photographs, frames and album with me and I will advise you on the best presentation. I work with an excellent supplier of high quality frames and coffee table books to give you the best finish to your photographs. After you have made your selection, I will edit the images and remove any blemishes.The photos from the session will be accessible for a period of one year after purchase.

PAYMENT

Once we have agreed a date for the photo shoot, a deposit is payable to secure your booking. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have to cancel, so that we can re-arrange the session for a later date. Payment for the photos can be made by bank transfer, online by PayPal/credit card or cheque.

Packages and Pricing

Option 1 – Marketing Package –  £ 195

  • 2 hour photo shoot on location at your office, premises or my studio
  • a private online viewing gallery (25+ images) for you to select the images
  • A portrait/headshot
  • one product shot or action shot 
  • one image of your premises or workshop
  • additional digital pictures, prints or products LINK are available or upgrade to a package with all the images for £ 395

Option 2 – Commercial photo shoot –  from £ 125

If you prefer to keep it more flexible or for a more extensive job please ask me for a quote based on an hourly rate. Larger companies and depending on the usage of the images a licence fee will be added.

Option 3 – Branding photo shoot –  £ 395

Nowadays people want to know you and your business philosophy.  During the consultation we will discuss your ideas for the shoot and develop a concept, so that we can choose the location and prepare the photo shoot. The shoot could include a variety of portraits indoors, outdoors and at your office or premises. Portraits of you and your team, reportage style images of you in a meeting with the client, close up shots of your products and general reportage style images.

  • all the pictures in the gallery (40+) as high resolution digital images or as prints and formatted for social media sites if required
  • unlimited outfit changes and hair and make up artist available if required
